OUR STANDARDS
Most second-hand garments are simply resold.
At Hilfiger Restored, every piece is evaluated, restored, and inspected before it is ever offered for sale.
Only garments that meet our standard are released.
If a piece doesn’t pass, we don’t sell it.
Authenticity
Every garment is verified for authenticity.
We inspect labels, stitching, hardware, fabric quality, and construction details.
If authenticity cannot be confirmed with certainty, the piece is rejected.
Structural Integrity
A piece must be structurally sound.
No holes, no compromised seams, no weakened fabric.
If structural damage cannot be repaired without altering the garment’s integrity, it is rejected.
Functionality
All functional elements must work properly.
Zippers, buttons, closures, and elastic components are tested and repaired if necessary.
If proper functionality cannot be restored, the garment is rejected.
Restoration & Cleaning
Garments are professionally cleaned and restored where needed.
Restoration may include repairs to seams, hardware replacement, or reinforcement of stress areas.
We restore without changing the original character of the garment.
Wearability
A restored garment must be ready to wear.
No strong odors, no discomfort caused by repairs, no distortion in fit caused by restoration.
If a piece feels compromised in wear, it is not released.
What we don’t sell
– Pieces with unresolved structural damage
– Items restored purely for appearance
– Garments that fail any part of our standard
"Hilfiger Restored" is not about volume.
It’s about responsibility.
